Mindful Moments...knowing when to take a breath

As part of our recent training with the gorgeous UK based company Spiezia Organics, we were introduced to the concept of mindfulness within beauty treatments. Mindfulness is defined as the physiological process of bringing your attention to internal and external experiences that are occurring at the present moment - in short being aware of what is happening to you right now.
